TOUR OF FITNESS STREET (WE’RE BACK!) | SE02 EPISODE 1

We’re back on Fitness Street, reduction Sutai Phuket Thailand This is do two because itwas raining so heavily before you couldn’t get the audioproperly, so we’re back here. This is day one of four weeks of our practise adventureshere in Phuket Thailand. We are back in the house.This one dressed for the moment. – Yep. – Huh. – I’m prepared for this rain. – Look at this. Not a bad idea. I didn’t bring one. – I didn’t actually “ve been thinking about” it being one of the most rainy seasons of its first year. – Yeah, October’s one of thewettest months of its first year, but we’re transitioning outof the humid season apparently, so expect more rainydays in the future videos in the course of the coming few weeks or so. – It cools it down when you’re training.It’s super neat. – Yeah, it’s been 12 months since we were here. We were here November, December last year, 2018, for a full seriesthree weeks of training. Some of you guys watched those videos, and those videos turned out quite well. Hundreds and hundreds ofquestions have come through, emails and DMs over the last1 about two months about those videos. It’s blown my brain, just howmuch interest there has been. So we are back here just toanswer some of your questions and explore more of this amazing area. There are definitely more qualifying cores we haven’t explored hitherto, more fitness centres, things we didn’t get achance to do last-place hour. We’re gonna get it on this time. And I’m so untrained, so don’t expect miracles. I’m so out of shape. – Bradley, I think it’sthe same for me as well. But yeah, so today we’rejust gonna get breakfast now at Coco Ville, which that’sthe side entrance there, which is just off the mainstreet, Fitness Street.Definitely go to Coco Villeand eat breakfast there. We affection feeing breakfast there. It’s amazing. Their oatmeal pancakes are the best. This afternoon we will go and start exploring maybe Rattachai. It’s a set core here. We went in late lastnight, around midnight, and we were so tired. This one did a 14 hour flight from the UK. I came from Aus eight hoursso we’re both fairly tired. This ones more tired, but we actually had a late night dinner at Bamboo Hut on Fitness Street, which you must check out. I’ll pitch the photos up.The food was amazing. It cost 19 dollars, 68 Australian, for a full meal for both of us, so you can’t go wrong with that. It was just utterly epic. – And I can’t believe it wasopen at that time of light. I want it was like a ghost town, ambling through a phantom city. – Yeah, it was almost 11 o’clock at night. – I suspects they were the onlyrestaurant that was open. – You’ll discover that whenyou come here for yourself if you haven’t already, so regardless makes vanish.( gentle acoustic music) Oh, there he is! Oh! Oh, look at him. Come here my friend. Good to see you again. There he is, muscles. Ah, here we are. Were back in the members of this house. – Torture chamber. – He’s the best.( tittering) – It is so red-hot now. You know when you walk into, “theres going” from a really coldenvironment like England, and then you walk into this humidity. Whoa! It is intense. You “re going to have to” acclimatise to this place when you first arrive.- It is really really hot. – And because it’s the rainy season.- Ah, it’s sticky.It’s even more.( instrumental music) – We are still on Fitness Street Sutai. We’re at force 27 rightnow, which is the CrossFit Training centre here, andso if you cherish CrossFit and functional training, then this is the place. We civilized now last year. This one actually, wellshe did one session here, and 430 forbid. We’ve just paid off a oneoff period for her tomorrow. Kalorie killa it’s called with a uppercase K for calorie and one of 430bar session training here. This is what it looks like. And I desire that. I’m not a very good, I’d crybaby off. – Well it’s kinda like doyou remember hot spring, and you jump into that.- That was hard, that was very hard. – It’s kinda like thatbut you’re in a soak. – This is Fitness Streetfilled with protein shake tables, and training centres andamazing food locates to eat. Clean food, it’s clean eating. CrossFit, Muay Thai. It’s house right here, it’s home right here. Best massage ladieshere on Fitness Street. So I’m not sure if you sawthe video from last-place serial, but we were here constantlyafter our training sessions at Wanissara here on Fitness Street. That’s it right there, these madams are the best for your pole discipline rub needs. Straight through here. Look at that swimming pool, but it’s pretty important, especially how sizzling it is, to be staying In a region with a swimming bath. And this locate wasn’t tooexpensive either on booking.com, if your looking for likeshort term accommodations for a few weeks or 2 weeks for train here on Fitness Street, nice little pool. Some of the areas exactly there. And then too they’ve got an upstairs expanse Which I haven’t been to yet.Like a little sun bakingarea, I’ll show you. This is what it looks like. Simply booked a one off group class here at CMT Muay Thai usedto be called Chak Chai, had a name change, possession change.So used to be called ChakChai , now it’s called CMT. Off a side street now at Fitness Street, and yeah so that’s tomorrow afternoon. I’ll bring you to thatclass and you’ll get to see me do hammered andkilled and shredded. Whatever else because I feellike I’m so out of shape I haven’t been trainingproperly in terms of cardiovascular conditioningin that for a long time now, so it’s gonna take meabout a week to adjust back into this climate and getback into that Muay Tai, you know that cardiovascularconditioning that I once had. Also got a calf injury whichis 95% of the way there, but I got some cliff videotape. I’m gonna positioned some tape on it. So hopefully I don’tblow my calf out again But regardless this is CMT Muay Thai. So here’s another MuayThai training centre which I trained in last year, and did a private session now at T& Y across the road from CMT.Did you get all that? T& Y is across the road from CMT, formerly known as Chok Chai. This is the main entrancehere to T& Y Muay Thai. CMT is just there. Titan Fitness is just there. The outdoor boot camp styletraining centre ties in fitness is also quite popular here, if your into more bootcamp form teaching. They get completepackages on their website.Let’s get out of this wind. They went compete packageson their website, and this is the outdoor componentof their training centre. So like a little obstaclecourse, a line climbing, ape rails, line clamber just over there. They got a deck where you doall your functional set. Resounds, your heavy liftingand that kind of thing is over in that molted. Then they got a kitchen next door to it, and the gyms precisely uponthe same street there. But I’m gonna try todrop into Titan Fitness in the coming four weeks. So stick around, I’ll tryand give you a proper expedition of Titan for you if you’re interested in that type of training. Anyway, let’s get moving. All freedom my best friend, oneo’clock in the afternoon, for our Fitness Street lash Suitai. Dropped into Pure Vegan whichis on Fitness Street here, The only vegan restauranthere on wall street. And I highly recommend this region. I actually would get lost here feeing. And I know when you thinklike vegan nutrient you think it’s boring, it’s bland, but this is different level of awesomeness.Like right now, Rob’sorder the falafel bowl, that is friggen amazing. I had this last year when we were here. You have to try that, you have to try that. This is the menu, I’ll showyou the menu real quick. That’s it there. I’ll show you what itlooks like on the menu. So by the way these are theoptions now on the menu, I’ll show you real quick. Breakfast Burrito, Breakfast Ball, sweetened potato pancakes, homemade granola. This is the best, thefalafel container is the best. I’m not eating because I gota class in a couple of hours, so I’m not gonna munch before my class, I’m just having a coffee. All liberty so it is day oneof our adventures here, on Fitness Street we’rejust going our gives, getting ready for months oftraining now, fitness paradise. And if you’re not alreadyfamiliar with this plaza, and how sizzling it is to trainhere, you should definitely get these electrolytes right here.We covering these in aprevious video from the previous streak, 250 baht for the box. You get 50 in a box and theseare electrolyte powders. Come in little sashays, andthere’s 50 in a chest like this. And literally last-place experience we were here we had like two orthree of these everyday. So one in the morning, ya know one during lunch, and one in the afternoon. I had three, so theylast ya a little while, and they cost 250 Baht, which is about 12.30 in Australian dollars. Which works out to be about 25 pennies each, so good value in my opinion. Spoke to a pharmacistlast experience I was here, and they recommended the D-Lyte variety.Of course you can bringyour own from home, but when your drinkingyour four or five litres of water a day in thistraining environment now, when your doing CrossFitat Unit 27, or MMA, or VHA or Muay Thai, doesn’tmatter what your make, even though they are your tread wall street, you surely need to make sure you keep your electrolytes up. In addition, we got some water now. Which probably last-place us a couple of days to be honest with you, you can’t suck the irrigate from the taps here. Twenty to three in the afternoon, day 1. We’re about to start ourRattachai group class, one off session. Literally a street from Fitness Street so we can go straight in there, we’ll give you thehighlights of this class, and do some stretchings, do some warm ups.
