TOUR OF FITNESS STREET (WE’RE BACK!) | SE02 EPISODE 1

We’re back on Fitness Street, flog Sutai Phuket Thailand This is do two because itwas raining so heavily before you couldn’t get the audioproperly, so we’re back here. This is day one of four weeks of our set adventureshere in Phuket Thailand. We are back in the house. This one dressed for the instance. – Yep. – Huh. – I’m prepared for this rain. – Look at this. Not a bad theory. I didn’t bring one.- I didn’t actually “ve been thinking about” it being one of the most rainy seasons of the year. – Yeah, October’s one of thewettest months of the year, but we’re transitioning outof the moisten season apparently, so expect more rainydays in the future videos over the next few weeks or so. – It cools it down when you’re teach. It’s super delightful. – Yeah, it’s been 12 months since we were here. We were here November, December last year, 2018, for a full seriesthree weeks of training. Some of you guys watched those videos, and those videos turned out quite well. Hundreds and hundreds ofquestions have come through, emails and DMs over the last1 2 months about those videos. It’s blown my intellect, just howmuch interest there has been. So we are back here time toanswer some of your questions and explore more of this amazing area. There are definitely more learning cores we haven’t explored yet, more fitness cores, things we didn’t get achance to do last epoch. We’re gonna get it on this time. And I’m so untrained, so don’t expect miracles. I’m so out of shape.- Bradley, I think it’sthe same for me as well. We cherish dining breakfast there. It’s amazing. Their oatmeal pancakes are the best. This afternoon we will go and start exploring perhaps Rattachai. It’s a grooming core now. We went in late lastnight, around midnight, and we were so tired. This one did a 14 hour flight from the UK. I came from Aus eight hoursso we’re both fairly tired. This ones more tired, but we actually had a late night dinner at Bamboo Hut on Fitness Street, which you must check out. I’ll shy the photos up. The food was amazing. It expensed 19 dollars, 68 Australian, for a full meal for both of us, so you can’t go wrong with that. It was just perfectly epic. – And I can’t believe it wasopen at that time of darknes. I represent “its like” a soul township, stepping through a haunt city. – Yeah, it was almost 11 o’clock at night. – I predicts they were the onlyrestaurant that was open.- You’ll discover that whenyou come here for yourself if you haven’t already, so regardless makes exit.( gentle acoustic music) Oh, there he is! Were back in the members of this house. – Torture chamber. – He’s the best.( tittering) – It is so hot now. You know when you walk into, you go from a really coldenvironment like England, and then you walk into this humidity. Whoa! It is intense. You have to acclimatise to this place when you two are arrive.- It is really really hot. – And because it’s the rainy season.- Ah, it’s sticky. It’s even more.( instrumental music) – We are still on Fitness Street Sutai. We’re at component 27 rightnow, which is the CrossFit Training centre now, andso if you love CrossFit and functional training, then this is the place. We drilled here last year. This one actually, wellshe did one hearing now, and 430 prohibit. Clean food, it’s clean eating. CrossFit, Muay Thai. It’s clas right here, it’s lineage right here. Best massage ladieshere on Fitness Street. So I’m not sure if you sawthe video from last-place sequence, but we were here constantlyafter our training sessions at Wanissara now on Fitness Street.That’s it right there, these maids are the best for your berth education rub needs. Another arrange that welooked at booking at was the Cosy, another home witha really awesome swimming pool and right on the streethere on Fitness Street. I’ll show you what it looks like. Look at that wading pool, but it’s pretty important, peculiarly how sizzling it is, to be staying In a sit with a wading pool. And this residence wasn’t tooexpensive either on booking.com, if your looking for likeshort term accommodations for a week or two weeks for train now on Fitness Street, neat little pool.Some of the areas merely there. And then also they’ve got an upstairs country Which I haven’t been to hitherto. Like a little sun bakingarea, I’ll show you. This is what it looks like. Only booked a one off radical class here at CMT Muay Thai usedto be called Chak Chai, had a name change, ownership mutate. So used to be called ChakChai , now it’s called CMT. Off a side street here at Fitness Street, and yeah so that’s tomorrow afternoon. I’ll bring you to thatclass and you’ll get to see me do hammered andkilled and shredded. Whatever else because I feellike I’m so out of shape I haven’t been trainingproperly in terms of cardiovascular conditioningin that for a very long time now, so it’s gonna take meabout a week to adjust back into this climate and getback into that Muay Tai, you know that cardiovascularconditioning that I formerly had.Also got a calf injury whichis 95% of the acces there, but I got some cliff videotape. I’m gonna employed some strip on it. So hopefully I don’tblow my calf out again But anyway this is CMT Muay Thai. So here’s another MuayThai training centre which I trained in last year, and did a private session here at T& Y across the road from CMT.Did you get all that? T& Y is across the road from CMT, formerly known as Chok Chai. This is the main entrancehere to T& Y Muay Thai. CMT is just there. Titan Fitness is just there. The outdoor boot camp styletraining centre ties in fitness is also quite popular now, if your into more bootcamp mode training.They get completepackages on their website. Let’s get out of this hurricane. They came compete packageson their website, and this is the outdoor componentof their training centre. So like a little obstaclecourse, a lasso ascent, monkey barrooms, tether clamber really over there. They got a deck where you doall your functional civilize. Rings, your heavy liftingand that kind of thing is over in that molted. Then they got a kitchen next door to it, and the gyms time uponthe same street there. But I’m gonna try todrop into Titan Fitness in the next four weeks. So stick around, I’ll tryand give you a proper tour of Titan for you if you’re interested in that type of training. Anyway, let’s get moving. All right our friends, oneo’clock in the afternoon, for our Fitness Street flog Suitai. Dropped into Pure Vegan whichis on Fitness Street now, The only vegan restauranthere on wall street. And I most recommend this situate. I actually would get lost here gobbling. And I know when you thinklike vegan nutrient you think it’s boring, it’s bland, but this is different level of awesomeness.Like right now, Rob’sorder the falafel container, that is friggen amazing. I had this last year when we were here. You have to try that, you have to try that. This is the menu, I’ll showyou the menu real quick. That’s it there. I’ll show you what itlooks like on the menu. So by the way these are theoptions now on the menu, I’ll show you real quick. Breakfast Burrito, Breakfast Ball, sugared potato pancakes, homemade granola. This is the best, thefalafel bowl is the best. I’m not eating because I gota class in a couple of hours, so I’m not gonna dine before my class, I’m just having a coffee. All title so it is day oneof our adventures now, on Fitness Street we’rejust coming our furnishes, getting ready for months oftraining here, fitness paradise.And if you’re not alreadyfamiliar with this residence, and how sizzling it is to trainhere, you should definitely get these electrolytes right here. We cover these in aprevious video from the previous succession, 250 baht for the box. You get 50 in a casket and theseare electrolyte pulverizations. Of course you can bringyour own from home, but when your drinkingyour four or five litres of water a day in thistraining environment here, when your doing CrossFitat Unit 27, or MMA, or VHA or Muay Thai, doesn’tmatter what your doing, even though they are your walking wall street, you certainly need to make sure you keep your electrolytes up.In add-on, we got some water now. Which probably last us a couple of days to be honest with you, you can’t booze the spray from the sounds here. Twenty to three in the afternoon, day one. We’re about to start ourRattachai group class, one off conference. Literally a street from Fitness Street so we can go straight in there, we’ll give you thehighlights of this class, and do some strains, do some warm ups.
